Ajax gives financial advisors the framework for understanding the why, how, and when of responsible social activity. On-demand 20 min video training, Ajax will provide you with:
1. A clear understanding of the key social sales ecosystem,
2. Why using LinkedIn can lead to superior results,
3. Common obstacles to execution and how to begin to overcome them, and
4. How to start developing a personal strategy for using LinkedIn.
1:1 Coaching
1. Ajax will provide each participating with a 30 minute coaching session to help them optimize their unique personal profile.
2. This session helps your see how and why to integrate key marketing messages into their profiles, how to compete effectively as part of the company team, and provides a way for them to get answers to their specific concerns.
3. (Sessions are scheduled online by each individual, at their convenience. The process is both cost effective and also very accommodating!) Each participant will receive a copy of their coach’s notes and suggestions to implement, as well as links to additional resources and other information discussed.

2. After optimizing their profiles, participants generally want to know how to put those profiles to use. Ajax answers this question with a 75 minute webcast designed to follow up on the 1:1 coaching sessions. Topics covered include how best to network, prospect, and convert online connections into real-world relationships.
3. Material addresses strategic planning, searching and researching prospects, and tactical, language-based best practices that can be implemented immediately.
